Pregnancy and birth change the female body significantly for some time.
Among other things, the pelvic floor and the abdominal muscles become stretched.Shoulder, neck and back pain occur more frequently.
Course time: Friday 09 am to 10am
Course costs: Fr. 300.–
The course takes place for 3 to max. 10 women.
You may start the course 6 weeks after the birth ( from 8 weeks after C-section)
Course leader: Kerstin Weller Yogalehrerin BYV with special education Pregnancy & rehabilitation yoga.
Exercises for body, perception, breathing and relaxation will achieve the following:
Strengthening the pelvic floor
Bringing the uterus and internal pelvic organs back to their normal situation
Strengthening the muscles of the chest, abdomen, legs and back
Strengthening the whole body
Relaxation and a feeling of harmonious wellbeing
